Protected Hearts Open

I was asking for more information on how to bring love and focus into my healing practice & received the message below.  The word Kakini is the divine feminine energy that protects the heart chakra.  She provides balance, dispels fear, and grants boons.  Kakini Health is the name of my healing practice and our mission is to spread the power of love.  I was moved by this message.  I hope you enjoy it.

“Protected Hearts Open”

Learn how to safely open your heart and to love freely. Give us your grief and we will help you transform it to joy. Love, acceptance and forgiveness can be yours. Give Kakini your pain, your tears, your broken heart, your anger and sadness, your fear too. All are welcome. All of you is loved. This is the true power of love — to love it all and love it gladly. Transformation is love’s gift. Light is revealed from within when all is held and loved.

Give me your poor, your heavy laden and I shall give you the gift of everlasting life. The words of Christ.* The words of love. And love says, give it all to me. Love says I see all these things you have hidden away, that shame has bound to you and yet I see your light I hold you as a mother holds a child. All is worthy all of you are loved. It is only your illusion that you are unlovable. Your illusion that you must wait till you must deserved, that you must earn it somehow that keeps you from love’s embrace. “Not yet,” you cry. “Who me?” “Undeserving,” you cry, unafraid to look at what you deny yourself…the lifeline, the love line that God’s grace extends to you — God’s child — Love’s child — Love.

We beseech you to return to the fold, unfolded in love is where you are yet do not see. Illusion turns love to hate, it darkens and covers the light that is within each and every one of us.

This is the mission we charge you with, Kiana. To sink into love’s embrace, to be love’s arms and embrace all you see. Spread our wings, spread our love, embody Kakini and allow us to shine through you, to provide balance, dispel fear and grant people the boon of love that protects their tender hearts and dreams; the love that nurtures the seeds of their souls’ garden. Be the beacon of love that you have sought to find.

*These are the actual quotes. It is interesting that the words that came through are a combination of both quotes. Different quotes same loving message.

“Come onto me ye who are weary and heavy laden and I shall give you rest” These are the words of Christ, Matthew 11:28. “Give me your Give me your poor, your tired, your huddled masses, yearning to be free.” These are the words of Emma Lazarus as written on our Statue of Liberty.

affairs of the heart

as I last wrote I was on my way to my hawaii…a place I consider my spiritual home…for a wedding and a memorial,  beginning and an end.   both affairs of the heart, one opening the heart to love, commiting to love, the other love ending letting go of a love, closing one door and opening another.  Both are love affairs.  part of the cycle of love all begin and end.   as I sat on the beach watching the tide ebb and flow, I thought about how life goes in these cycles in an out…we don’t always have a choice about what comes in and out of our life, we do have a choice about being open to the flow of life…We can choose to open to love and choose to let go of what no longer serves us.  If we are open to the flow it can be a joy just as watching the waves, or body surfing and riding the waves.  If we resist we can end up like a boat broken and battered by the waves.

Go with the flow and ride the waves of love in your life.

Remember that every beginning is an end, every end a new beginning.

As my friends embarked on their new journey together with vows of commitment, they were also saying farewell and letting go of what was before.

As the ashes were scattered into the ocean, and loved ones were poignantly bid farewell, a new fresh start was also being ushered in.

In both cases, dwelling on what was, be it old patterns, wounds, or loving memories,   can keep one from seeing the beatiful new path ahead,  holding on to and staring at flowers that once bloomed so beautifully….don’t miss the present…that fleeting moment that is done as you read these words, wake up! and catch the sun rise.

Every day you have an opportunity to witness and be present.  Every morning the sun rises magnificent whether you watch it or not.  It is a new day everyday,  a beautiful sunrise given to us every morning as it arrives, and a equally stunning sunset as it leaves, given to us over and over, everyday.

An incredible mini cycle for us to observe and to understand that beginnings and endings are both beautiful, and that love has shone, will shine today, and will again and again, tomorrow, and the day after…etc
